TY型真空脫氧塔技術(shù)參數(shù) Parameter of decxidation column

脫氧塔按填料不同主要分為三種，即木格填料、點(diǎn)波填料、新型塑料網(wǎng)狀填料。新型塑料網(wǎng)狀填料是我公司新研制的一種新產(chǎn)品，解決了點(diǎn)波填料因堿性氰化液結(jié)鈣堵孔影響脫氧效果的弊病。

The deoxidizing column is classified into three types according to their filling materials, i.e., wooden grate filling, diamond-waved filling, and new plastic mesh filing. The new plastic net filling is a new product developed by xinhai, which overcomes the blockage problem caused by scaling of the alkaline cyanide when using “point wave” lining.

該設(shè)備是一種主要用于氰化提金工藝中鋅粉置換提取金銀前脫除含在貴溶解氧的理想設(shè)備。

This machine is ideal for removing the  dissolved oxygen inside pregnant solution before the extraction of gold and silver  through zinc powder substitution in cyanidation extraction process.

該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，該塔內(nèi)有液位自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)，操作方便，使用可靠，可使貴液中含氧量降到0.5克/米3以下，脫氧率可達(dá)95%以上。

This equipment has a simple structure. The  automatic level-regulation mechanism inside the tower is easy to operate and reliable  to use. With this mechanism, the oxygen content in pregnant solution can be  reduced below 0.5 g/m3.  The deoxygenation rate may reach up to 95%.

工作原理：

Working principle:.

貴液由真空作用從塔內(nèi)的頂部吸入，由噴淋器淋灑到填料層上，在真空作用下，液體內(nèi)溶解的氣體被脫除，從而達(dá)到脫氧的目的。

The pregnant solution  is sucked in from the top side of tower under the effect of vacuum and is  sprayed to packing layer by a sprinkler. Under the effect of vacuum, the  dissolved gases in the liquid are removed to realize deoxidation.
