本設(shè)備是用于黃金氰化產(chǎn)金工藝中的貴液脫氧的貴液凈化專用設(shè)備。其作用是清除固液分離后的貴液中含有的泥質(zhì)等懸浮物固體雜質(zhì)，得出純凈化液，是提高置換后的金泥品位，降低火法冶煉生產(chǎn)成本，為獲得高品位的合質(zhì)金創(chuàng)造有利條件。本設(shè)備構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、維護(hù)方便、容易操作?？稍谶\(yùn)行時(shí)進(jìn)行輪換清洗，使用周期長(zhǎng)。本設(shè)備的各濾片的集液管與脫氧塔直接相聯(lián)，利用脫氧塔內(nèi)真空可吸入凈化后的貴液進(jìn)行脫氧。

This equipment is a special pregnant solution purification equipment for deoxidation of pregnant solution in gold cyanidation process. . It is used to remove the suspended solid impurities like silt inside pregnant solution after solid-liquid separation to obtain purified solution so as to improve the gold dust grade after substitution, reduce dry smelting production cost and to create favorable conditions for production of high-grade alloy gold. . This equipment features simple structure, convenient maintenance and simple operation. . Alternate washing can be conducted during operation for long service period. . The collector tubes of filter discs of this machine are directly connected to deoxygenation tower, sucking in the purified pregnant solution for deoxidation using the vacuum inside deoxygenation tower.

工作原理：此設(shè)備用浮漂機(jī)構(gòu)控制高真空蝶閥開(kāi)閉來(lái)調(diào)整液面高低位置。

Principle of work: this machine adjusts the liquid level by controlling the opening and closing of high-vacuum butterfly valve through floating mechanism.
