雙葉輪高效浸出（吸附）攪拌槽的特點是結(jié)構(gòu)合理、緊湊、傳動效率高，采用兩個新型葉輪，葉輪直徑大、轉(zhuǎn)速低、攪拌功耗小、減少炭的磨損，中空軸通氣至底端，空氣分散均勻、氣泡小。攪拌強度適中，槽內(nèi)礦漿濃度、細度分布基本一致，可提高氰化的浸出率，炭的吸附率。我公司的浸出（吸附）槽已對其充氣統(tǒng)和傳動系統(tǒng)做了改進。

This machine features a reasonable and compact structure, and high transmission efficiency. Twin impeller is used, which has bigger diameter, lower turning speed, lower agitation power consumption, and lower wear of the carbon. Air is sent to the bottom via pipes, so that it is evenly sparged with less bubble. It gives moderate agitating strength, to keep the slurry density and fineness to be basically uniform in the tank , so as to improve leaching ability of the cyanidation and the adsorption intensity.
