洗礦機(jī)工作時(shí)，電機(jī)通過三角帶、減速機(jī)、齒輪減速后帶動(dòng)葉輪緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，砂石有給料槽進(jìn)入洗槽中在葉輪的帶動(dòng)下翻滾，并互相研磨，除去覆蓋砂石表面的雜質(zhì)，同時(shí)破壞包覆砂粒的水汽層，以利于脫水；同時(shí)加水形成強(qiáng)大水流，及時(shí)將雜質(zhì)及比重小的異物帶走，并從溢出口洗槽排出，完成清洗作用。干凈的砂石由葉片帶走最后砂石從旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪倒入出料槽，完成砂石的清洗作用。

During the operation of sand and gravel washer, the motor drives  the slow rotation of the impeller after the V-belt, speed reducer and gears  reduce their running speed. The sand enters from the feeding trough to the  washing trough and turns over when driven by the impeller. The sand grinds each  other and removes the impurities covering their surfaces. Besides, it destroys  the water vapor layer cladding the sand to make it easier for dewatering. Then  when water is added, strong current is formed to duly take away impurities and  light foreign matters which are discharged out from the washing trough at the  overflow outlet. So far the washing is finished. Clean sand is taken away by  the impeller and poured into the discharge trough from the turning impellers to  finish its washing.
