N-TGD型鋼絲膠帶斗式提升機(jī)具有輸送 量大、提升高度高，能耗低、易損見壽命長(zhǎng)（可達(dá)5年）等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。N-TGD選用專用鋼絲膠帶、進(jìn)口或國(guó)產(chǎn)名牌減速機(jī)、液力偶合器、輔助傳動(dòng)，配置帶DCS接口的電子監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。適合120mm以下所有粉狀、顆粒狀物料,是水泥干法生產(chǎn)線窯尾提升、入庫(kù)、磨機(jī)出料提升的****設(shè)備，選用耐熱膠帶可達(dá)150℃。

N-TGD high-efficiency belt bucket elevators have advantages such as large conveying quantity, large lifting height, low energy consumption, and long service life of easily damaged parts (as long as 5 years). Such elevator adopts special cable belt, famous foreign or domestic speed reducer, fluid coupling and auxiliary drive system and is equipped with electronic monitor system having DCS interface. It is applicable to all powdery and granule materials of less than 120mm and is the first choice equipment for lifting and storing kiln tail on the dry cement production line and for lifting materials from mill. Its high-temperature resistant belt can resist the temperature 150℃.
