THG型環(huán)鏈高效斗提機(jī) High-efficeency  chain bucket elevator

THG型斗提機(jī)輸送量大、提升高度高；斗型合理，容量大；環(huán)鏈采用合金鋼制造，經(jīng)表面和熱處理后，硬度適中，強(qiáng)度高，耐磨性好；膠帶采用鋼絲繩編織芯膠帶，韌性好，強(qiáng)度高；本機(jī)的頭尾部和中部機(jī)殼全部做了密封處理，物料及粉塵不外揚(yáng)，不會造成環(huán)境污染；傳動裝置中采用了垂直軸減速器和液力偶合器，并配有逆止裝置，使得傳動裝置機(jī)構(gòu)緊湊，實現(xiàn)了柔性傳動。既能使運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，又能使電機(jī)減速器及牽引件得到保護(hù)，更能使物料在停機(jī)時保持穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。

THG bucket  elevators enjoy large conveying quantity, large lifting height, as well as  reasonable hopper model and large hopper capacity. Their endless chains are  made of alloy steel which, after surface and heat treatment, have suitable  hardness, high strength and good abrasion resistance. Their belts are braided  steel core ones which enjoy good toughness and high strength. The head and tail  and middle casing of such machine are all sealed where the materials and dust  do not get outside, hence causing no pollution. The transmission device adopts  speed reducer of vertical axis and fluid coupling and is equipped with backstop  devices to keep the transmission mechanism compact and realize flexible transmission.  With such structure, not only can the machine operate smoothly, but also the  motor reducer and traction parts are protected. What is more, the materials can  remain stable when the machine is stopped.
