單筒冷卻機(jī) Single Drum Cooler
單筒冷卻機(jī)是回轉(zhuǎn)窯系統(tǒng)中重要設(shè)備之一，單筒冷卻機(jī)的作用是將從回轉(zhuǎn)窯出來的孰料（1000-1200）通過筒體回轉(zhuǎn)帶動(dòng)物料與空氣進(jìn)行充分熱交換，冷卻機(jī)使物料冷卻到200以下，同時(shí)提高孰料質(zhì)量和易磨性，將冷卻物料后的空氣全部入窯，作為二次循環(huán)空氣，提高了窯的熱效率。
Single drum coolers are one of the important types of equipment in rotary kiln system. Their function is to get the clinker from the rotary kiln (1000 – 1200) to drive materials to conduct full heat exchange with the air through the rotation of drum. The cooler gets the temperature of material to below 200℃. At the same time, the quality and grindability of clinker are improved. The air after the materials are cooled down all enters into the kiln to be secondary circulating air. The thermal efficiency of kiln will be improved.
