Y-1B巖芯鉆機 Core drilling rig

XY-1B型巖芯鉆機是在XY-1A型巖芯鉆機的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計而成的，是一種油壓給進的低速大扭距輕便鉆機，在XY-1B巖芯型鉆機的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計開發(fā)了XY-1B（YJ）、XY-1B-1型鉆機。

XY-1B core drilling rigs are designed on the basis of XY-1A core drilling rigs. They are a kind  of low-speed and large-torque portable drilling rig of oil pressure feeding.  XY-1B（YJ） and XY-1B-1 drilling rigs are designed and developed on the basis of  XY-1B core drilling rigs.

一、用途及適用范圍：

1、鐵路、水電、交通、橋梁、壩基等建筑物的工程地質(zhì)勘察。

1. Engineering geological investigation of buildings of railway, water and  electricity, transportation, bridge, dam foundation, etc.

2、地質(zhì)巖芯鉆探、物理勘察。

1、具有油壓給進機構(gòu)，提高鉆進效率，減輕工人勞動強度。

1. The oil pressure feeding mechanism helps to improve drilling efficiency  and reduce workers’ labor intensity.

2、鉆機配有上球卡式夾持機構(gòu)并帶有六方主動鉆桿，可實現(xiàn)不停機倒桿，工作效率高，操作方便，安全可靠。

2. The drilling rig is equipped with upper ball card gripper mechanism and  Kelly bar (Hexagonal). Online reversing level can be realized, hence high  working efficiency, easy operation, safety and reliability.

3、配有孔底壓力計指示壓力，便于掌握孔內(nèi)情況。

3. It is equipped with hole bottom pressure meter to indicate pressure so  that it is easier to know the conditions in the hole.

4、手柄集中，操作方便。

5、鉆機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕、分解性強、便于搬遷、適合于平原或山區(qū)工作 。

5. The drilling jig has characteristic of compact  structure, small size, light weight, and strong decomposability. It can be  easily moved and is suitable to be used in plain or mountains.
