FXZ浮選柱 Flotation column

工作原理：旋流微泡浮選柱采用射流原理，將旋流器與浮選柱有效結(jié)合。通過渣漿泵產(chǎn)生高壓礦漿經(jīng)氣泡發(fā)生器(礦漿預(yù)備器）產(chǎn)生微泡，由旋流器后脫粗后<0.5mm礦物流入浮選柱進(jìn)行選別。機(jī)器適用<0.5mm以下的煤泥、赤鐵礦、有色礦、非金屬礦、含油污水處理、廢紙脫墨等細(xì)粒度、灰分高、泥質(zhì)多的物料分選。具有節(jié)能高效，富集比大,泡沫產(chǎn)品品位高，工藝流程簡化。節(jié)省設(shè)備投資25%、省電70%、節(jié)能藥劑10%。占地少，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，無傳動(dòng)部件，操作方便，易于自動(dòng)化控制，維修方便等特點(diǎn)。

Working principle: Cyclo-microfroth flotation column effectively  combines cyclone and flotation column based on jet principle. The high-pressure  slurry produced through slurry pump produces microbubbles via bubble generator  (slurry preparer). After the minerals are coarsely grinded by cyclone till the  thickness is <0.5mm,  they flow to the flotation column for sorting. Such machine applies to the  sorting of materials with fine grains, high ash content and much mud such as  coal slime smaller than 0.5mm,  hematite, non-ferrous metals, non-metalliferous minerals, oily sewage and waste  paper. It has characteristics such as energy conservation and high efficiency,  large concentration ratio, high grade of froth products, as well as simple  process flow. Such equipment can save 25% of equipment investment, 70% of  electricity, and 10% of reagent. It occupies small land and is simply  structure, free of transmission parts, easy for operation, automatic control  and maintenance.
