XLL-600螺旋選礦機可以用于選別較粗粒的（0.02～2.0㎜）的金屬礦物，如鎢錫、磁鐵、鈦鐵、鉻鐵、砂金和海濱砂礦；它們也可以用于洗選4-6mm粉煤。

XLL-600 spiral concentrator can be used to  separate metallic minerals of coarse grain (0.02～2.0㎜) such as tungsten and tin, magnet,  ferrotitanium, ferrochrome, gulch-gold, and beach placer. They can also be used  to wash pulverized coal of 4-6mm.

一、工作原理

I. Working Principle

        螺旋選礦機有3-5圈具有一定傾斜度的螺旋槽，其斷面呈拋物線或橢圓形。礦漿自上部給人后，在沿槽流動過程中發(fā)生分層。重礦物流向槽的內(nèi)緣，輕礦物流向槽外緣。影響螺旋選礦機的技術(shù)操作條件主要有螺旋直徑、螺旋槽橫斷面形狀、螺矩、螺旋圈數(shù)、給礦體積、給礦濃度和沖洗水等。

This spiral concentrator has 3 to 5 circles  and slightly tilting spiral groove. Its section is in the shape of parabolic  curve or ellipse. After the slurry is fed in the upper part, it becomes layered  during the process when it flows along the groove. The heavy minerals flow to  the inner edge of the groove while the light minerals flow to the outer edge of  the groove. Conditions which can affect the technical operation of the spiral  concentrator mainly include the diameter of screw, transverse shape of spiral  groove, helix pitch, number of spiral coils, feeding volume, feeding  concentration, flushing water, etc.
