實(shí)驗(yàn)室用充氣多功能浸出攪拌機(jī)可供地質(zhì)、冶金、建材、化工等礦山和科研機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)驗(yàn)室用于濕法浸出攪拌等。

Laboratory multi-functional air inflation  leaching-out tanks can be used for wet leaching-out agitation in mines of  geology, metallurgy, building material, chemicals, and other sectors, and  laboratories of scientific institutes

充氣多功能浸出攪拌機(jī)XJTⅡ是XJT更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。它采用外充氣，模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)更為實(shí)際。還采用變頻技術(shù)，葉輪無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，數(shù)碼顯示，調(diào)整精確。還裝有溫度控制儀，隨時(shí)顯示槽內(nèi)礦液溫度。配上加熱器可加熱、控制礦液溫度。

XJT II Multi-functional air inflation  leaching-out tank is the regeneration product of XJT leaching-out tank. It  inflates air from outside. Its simulated field is more practical. Besides, it  adopts frequency conversion technology, stepless speed regulation of impeller,  digital display, and accurate adjustment. Besides, it is equipped with  temperature control meter which displays the temperature of ore liquid in the  tank at any time. Coupled with heater, it can heat and control the temperature  of ore liquid.

充氣多功能浸出攪拌機(jī)XJTⅡ即保存XJT浸出攪拌機(jī)性能，又增加了外充氣功能。取下循環(huán)筒，安上上葉輪即是浸吸槽，與礦山上的吸附槽相同。

XJT II Multi-functional air inflation  leaching-out tank not only inherits the performance of XJI leaching-out tank,  but also has its new function, i.e. outside air inflation. Remove the recirculation  drum and install impeller and the leaching tank is formed which is the same  with the adsorption tank in mines.

該攪拌機(jī)由下列部件組成：主軸傳動(dòng)部件、機(jī)架部件、外充氣部件、攪拌槽、循環(huán)筒、翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置、和電器控制等部件組成。

Such leaching-out tank is compose of main shaft  drive parts, frame part, outside air inflation part, agitation tank,  recirculation drum, turnover mechanism, electric controllers, etc.

攪拌機(jī)靠本身轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，離心力將轉(zhuǎn)子中間液體甩出，由氣泵吸入大量空氣生成微小礦化氣泡。

Its working principle is: The leaching-out  tank rotates at a high speed through its rotor; the liquid among the rotor is  flicked out under the action of centrifugal force; and the air pump sucks a  large amount of air to produce small mineralized bubbles

轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速是無(wú)級(jí)變速的，可通過(guò)變頻器來(lái)調(diào)整。

The rotating speed of rotor is stepless and  variable which can be adjusted through frequency converter.
