XMQS 系列真空帶篩球磨機采用球磨、篩分一體化設(shè)計，粉磨和篩分在筒體內(nèi)同時進行，凡達到理想粒度的物料被及時篩出，未過篩的粗物料返回筒體內(nèi)再次被粉磨。特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，密封性能良好，物料過磨性小，產(chǎn)品粒度分布窄，無粉塵污染，具有良好的環(huán)保性能。高度密封的磨粉系統(tǒng)與真空泵的組合，能達到 0.09 ～ 0.1Mpa 真空度 , 特別適合稀土、釹鐵硼和鎳氫電池儲氫合金粉加工防氧化、防爆工藝要求。

XMQS  ball mill with screen is so designed as is able to realize both material grinding  and material screening. With it, materials are grinded and sieved at the same  time in the drum. Materials which are grinded into desired particle sizes are  sifted out in time. The coarse materials which have not been able to be sieved  are returned to the drum, to be grinded again. Such equipment enjoys special  structure, good sealing property, fine grinded materials, uniform granular  size, no dust pollution, and good environmental performance. With both the  tightly sealed grinding system and vacuum pump, a vacuum degree of 0.09 ～ 0.1Mpa can be reached. It especially applies to  anti-oxidation and ant-explosion of rare earth, NdFeB, and NI-MH battery, and  hydrogen storage alloys.
