密封式對輥機是針對稀土材料、金屬氧化物、爐料合金和金屬硅等特殊行業(yè)，根據“層壓粉碎”理論而專門設計的一種密封高壓輥式粉碎設備。該機與普通對輥機的區(qū)別在于兩相向旋轉的軋輥間壓力可以達到較大值，物料在嚙合區(qū)處于“層壓粉碎”現象，顆粒沿其晶體方向解離，使其能量利用率極高，粉碎粒度細而均勻，并在一定范圍可調。由于整機具有良好的密封性能，可使被粉碎物料隔絕空氣，實施充惰性氣體保護，避免氧化，防止燃燒和爆炸。該機主要可適用于抗壓強度不大于250Mpa，給料粒度不大于5㎜的各種固體脆性物料的粉碎，并已經歷多年實踐，在上述等多種特殊行業(yè)得到廣泛應用。

Sealed double-roll crusher is a kind of  sealed high-pressure roll crushing equipment specially designed according to  the theory of “l(fā)ayer press crushing” for special industries such as rare earth  materials, metallic oxide, charging alloy and metallic silicon. What set this  machine apart from common roll grinder are: the pressure between two rollers  rotating in opposite directions can be very high to enable high energy utilized  ratio; the granule sizes after crushing are fine and uniform and can be  adjusted within a certain range. Since the complete machine enjoys satisfactory  sealing property, the crushed materials can be isolated from the air, to fill  inert gas for protection, avoid oxidation, as well as prevent combustion and  explosion. This machine is mainly used to crush all kinds of brittle solid  materials with compressive strength of not larger than 250Mpa and granule size  of not larger than 5mm. After  many years of practice, this type of machine is widely applied in a number of  special industries including those listed above.
